Adina Ben Kalifa began her violin studies at the Municipal Conservatory in Bat Yam with Mrs. Laura Steinmitz. She later studied with some of Israel’s leading teachers, including Prof. Pavel Dediomov, Mrs. Stella Zaltkovsky, and Mrs. Lena Mazor.
At the age of 13, as part of her studies at the Ramat Gan Music Center, she was selected to perform as a soloist with the Ramat Gan Symphony Orchestra in a concert for outstanding students. That same year, she was awarded a scholarship from the America–Israel Cultural Foundation.
She attended the “Muses” Arts High School in Jaffa, where she performed in ensembles across various styles and graduated with honors, giving a classical recital as her final project.
At age 16, she was accepted into the Young Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, where she played in the first violin section, while also participating in numerous masterclasses in Israel and abroad.
During her military service, she served as an Outstanding Musician in the IDF Quartet and began her undergraduate studies at the Buchmann–Mehta School of Music with Mr. Ilya Konovalov, later continuing with Mr. Nitai Tzari.
She currently teaches in the "Music School Program" in Petah Tikva and at the Municipal Conservatory in Rosh HaAyin, and also performs with the Ra’anana Symphonette Orchestra.
